Everything- from reading reviews I didn’t expect much, but it was excellent. Frederica on reception was fantastic and explained the parking to me. It was very easy parking in the underground car park. I did get a parking place right outside the hotel but the payment machine wouldn’t take either of my cards. So we opted for the hotel car park which was excellent. The room had everything you could need although we didn’t cook there, but had a fridge freezer and a kettle. The beds were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.Frederica also gave us a map and explained the best places to see in our short time available 😊

Well maintained, clean, just enough space for a family of 4 with 2 children. The place is at walking distance from the city center and main landmarks. The secured underground parking is a real plus. The staff is friendly and very professional, they made our visit went very smooth.

Friendliest staff I've had in years. Always there to help, gave us great suggestions for food, helped us reduce our stay. They were also there to just help us at any time, really awesome.

Comfy bed Location is walking distance to city centre, but quiet. Shopping and bakeries are close. Friendly personnel. Early check-in was possible, though we arrived on a public holiday when reception closes at 4.

The apartment has everything we need for cooking and fridge, beds are comfortable and considering the price we paid it is a best value for money. Stefani at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. To summarise, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was good for access into the city centre. Good to have underground secure parking. Kitchen was OK. Member of staff when we first arrived was really friendly and helpful.

Good location for walking into Town and supermarket close by Secure car parking. Room had kitchen facilities with everything you needed, so made use of these by cooking some meals to keep our cost of eating out down. Breakfast was ok but had to leave early on the day we left so again the kitchen in the room was made use of as the breakfast was too late for our early start.

A hotel is placed very well - in a quiet district nor far from city centre, but with a lot of convenience. It's not exactly new, but is well kept, and the staff is polite and helpful. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for cooking, but you need to bring your own condiments.

Positive: very nice and helpful staff, large apartment, clean, comfortable, very good value. Negative: funny smell in corridor (not in the room!), a bit dated, not every day cleanong. Overall very comfortable stay, we will come back.
